Q. Are all of the items listed on your site or Facebook page available for immediate shipping?

A. Please check the availability for the item in question at the product link provided. Some of the items listed have been one-of-a-kind creations where availability to subject to available supplies and similar factors. If backorders are possible, we will indicate this in the product description.

Q. Has the coronavirus pandemic changed any of your product availability or shipping times?

A. Yes, we have experienced shipping delays from some of our suppliers or limited product availability, in some cases. We are also not doing rush orders at this time.

Q. What is the usual shipping time for most items?

A. Products that are in-stock will usually ship in 1-2 business days. Any items sold through third-party sellers will have their own estimated shipping times.

Q. How are your products usually shipped?

A. Most items ship through USPS. We provide tracking numbers.

Q. Where do most of your products ship from?

A. In-stock items ship from Odessa, TX.

Q. Do you provide local delivery or pickup?

Please note that we are not currently providing either option, however, we will discount the shipping for Odessa and Midland, TX customers.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. As of right now, we currently ship to Canada, as well as all US locations.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Undamaged products may be returned up to 30 days following order delivery with receipt/order #. All sales on digital products are final.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. Personal information is collected via Shopify and Ebay for the purposes of order fulfillment, which may also be used for marketing purposes that you may opt in to.
